Delivery & Returns 

Postage Information


We use Royal Mail for most deliveries in the UK.  Most orders are processed and shipped on the day we receive them, apart from those placed on Saturdays and Sundays of course.  In most cases Royal Mail will deliver these the next day.  There may be a delay if an item is out of stock, though this is rare. We will try to contact you if we are unable to supply an out of stock item by the next day.

UK Customers should note that any orders over £50.00 will be sent by Recorded Delivery at our discretion. Customers spending under £50.00 may have their orders recorded for a further fee of £1.00 if they require and can choose this option at the checkout. 

Recorded delivery requires a signature upon delivery but is not trackable and, like regular First Class mail, no compensation for lost or damaged packages is offered by Royal Mail. 

If you wish to have your package insured against theft, loss or damage you should choose UK Special Delivery at the checkout.  This is Royal Mail’s trackable insured service. Please note that next day delivery on this service is not possible if orders are placed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Large or heavy parcels may be sent by Interparcel online courier ( at our discretion.

Europe / Rest Of The World

All EU/R.O.W. orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For, the cost of which is based on the weight of the order.

All  EU/R.O.W orders weighing over 2kg will be sent through Interparcel online courier (

The customer will be provided with a tracking number by email. Shipping times will vary with each different country.

R.O.W. Customers please note: We are always conscious of the cost of shipping your order. It is cheaper to ship packages overseas through Royal Mail International Signed For than via an alternative courier and with this in mind we will send orders over this weight as two separate packages and refund any excess back to the customer.  

Faulty Goods / Returns

Customers must contact us within seven days of receipt regarding faulty items or goods that have been damaged in transit. These will be replaced on return to us and the return postage will be credited or refunded back to the customer. Any errors on our part will of course be rectified without cost to the customer.

Please note that some vinyl records, particularly those imported from Jamaica, may contain varying amounts of surface noise. We try to make sure that the records we sell are of an acceptable level and therefore do not accept responsibility for their quality.
